What You'll Do:

  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience by guiding clients through our proven sales process.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, while actively growing our Nissan and Infiniti brand presence.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and product knowledge to better serve your clients.
  • Collaborate with the management team and your peers to generate new ideas and sales opportunities.
  • Help foster a positive, engaging, and fun work environment by showing up every day with a great attitude.

What We Offer:

  • Above average earning potential: commission pay plan ($75,000 -- $120,000+ annually)

Your Background:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record in a commission-based environment
  • Automotive or related industry knowledge is a bonus!
  • CDK/One-Eighty/Xtime experience is an asset
  • VSA licensing is an asset (or a willingness to obtain)
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and achieving success
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and a willingness to continuously learn and grow

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday -- Saturday with one weekday and Sunday off.

Dealership hours are 8:30 am -- 6:00 pm (closed on Sundays and statutory holidays).
