If your vehicle requires a diagnosis, please contact our Service Department directly rather than booking online. This allows us to schedule accordingly and explain the process clearly.
Our diagnostic rate is $175.00 per hour, plus applicable taxes and fees.
Diagnostic appointments are intended to identify any issues with your vehicle. Based on our findings, a follow-up appointment may be required to complete repairs. While we strive to perform repairs the same day, factors like parts availability and technician scheduling may affect timing.
Rest assured, we’ll do our best to coordinate any next steps at a time that’s convenient for you.
To help you plan your day around the appointment here is a brief summary of what to expect;
Our process for service appointments is to book you with a Service Advisor which are on 20 minute intervals. They will verify your service needs and provide you with maintenance recommendations based on kilometers and age of your vehicle. We work on a promise time for completion of service which will be given at the time of appointment based on the scope of work we are performing and verified by the Service Advisor. This means the time of your appointment may not necessarily be the time your vehicle enters the shop. In order to serve every client better we ask that you are on time for your appointment.
To help you get on with your day we offer a shuttle service throughout Kelowna.
For larger services and repairs requiring a longer stay you can book a loaner vehicle however we do have a limited fleet and your booking may be further out depending on availability.
